HazelHex is our flagship briquette: long-burn, high-heat, and made from recycled hazelnut shells — an agricultural by-product that would otherwise be waste. Naturally compressed into a hollow-centre hexagon with a natural starch binder. No harsh chemicals, no accelerants.

Hex is our Sumi Binchotan-style workhorse: dense, high-heat, restaurant-grade, at a lower price point. Choose Hex for Binchotan character and steady burn without the top-tier spend.
